Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month or year to year, cancel whenever you want. There is one confirmation screen and no retention call.
What happens between listings?
Pause instead of cancelling. A paused account costs $0 per month and keeps your listings, reports and history exactly where they were. Resume the moment you take the next listing.
What counts as a listing?
One property you are still collecting feedback on, whether it is active or under contract. Mark it closed and it stops counting toward your plan, so a seasonal agent on Free is not paying for a listing that sold in March.
Do I need a card to try Pro?
No. The 14-day Pro trial takes no card and does not auto-charge. When it ends the account drops to Free rather than billing you. If you do upgrade partway through, billing starts the day the trial would have ended, so you never pay for days you were already given.
What if my card fails?
Nothing changes right away. We retry, email you, and keep every Pro feature running for 14 days. If it still has not gone through by then the account moves to Free, and updating your card at any point puts it straight back.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted when you stop paying. Your listings, reports and response history stay in the account, every seller report link you already shared keeps working, and listings over the Free limit are paused rather than closed, so upgrading again brings them back exactly as they were. There is no bulk export: to keep a copy of a report offline, open it and print to PDF from your browser. To have your account data deleted, email hello@showfeed.app.
