Showfeed vs ShowingTime for showing feedback
ShowingTime is a showing scheduling platform that also requests feedback. Showfeed does not schedule anything; it exists only to collect feedback and turn it into a seller-facing report. Most agents who use both keep ShowingTime for access and add Showfeed for the feedback and the seller report.

These are not the same category
ShowingTime's job is access: getting a buyer's agent into a property at a time the seller agreed to, with confirmations flowing to everyone involved. Feedback is a feature attached to that workflow, sent after an appointment it already knows about.
Showfeed's job is the feedback itself and what happens to it afterward. It does not book appointments and does not manage access. It takes showings that already happened, from whatever system booked them, and turns responses into a live report your seller reads.
That distinction is why 'switching' is usually the wrong frame. If you are on ShowingTime through your MLS, you are very likely staying on it for scheduling regardless of what you use for feedback.
Side by side
Verified against both products' public documentation in August 2026. ShowingTime's exact feature set varies by MLS and brokerage agreement, so check yours.

The difference that actually shows up in your response rate
Both products send a feedback request after a showing. The gap is in what the request asks the responder to do.
A buyer's agent gets nothing from answering and carries some risk if they write something quotable, so the response rate is set almost entirely by effort. A link that opens directly to three tappable questions is a different proposition from a form reached through an account, and that difference is where most of the gap comes from.
The second gap is the destination. Feedback that lands in the listing agent's inbox needs someone to compile it before a seller ever benefits. Feedback that assembles itself into a live, anonymized report is doing work while you are at a closing.
Where ShowingTime is the better answer
If the thing costing you time is coordinating access, ShowingTime is the category leader and nothing on this site competes with it. Appointment routing, confirmation flows, lockbox and access instructions, seller approval rules: that is a genuinely hard problem it has been solving at scale for years.
If it comes through your MLS at no additional cost, keep it. Replacing it to solve a feedback problem would be paying with something that works to fix something adjacent.
And if your feedback response rates through ShowingTime are already good, there is no argument here worth acting on. The case for adding anything only exists if requests are going out and answers are not coming back.
Running both
This is what most Showfeed users do, so it is worth spelling out rather than leaving as an implication.
- Scheduling stays where it is
Nothing changes about how agents book time at your listing. Showfeed has no scheduling surface to conflict with.
- Showings arrive by email forwarding
Forward your showing confirmation emails to a per-listing address and the showing is created automatically, which means feedback requests do not depend on you remembering.
- Turn off the duplicate request
If your scheduling platform also sends a feedback request, disable one of them. Two separate requests for the same showing is the fastest way to be ignored by both.
- The seller only ever sees one thing
One live report, one weekly summary, branded to you. That is the part of this your seller experiences, and it is the part they remember at relist time.
